To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.

What is your return policy for cycling gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all tags and seals intact.

Do you offer professional bike fitting services?

Yes, we provide virtual fitting consultations for online customers and in-person professional fitting at our Hillcrest showroom to ensure you have the most ergonomic riding experience.
